went to get myself the 5 mg shot tonight and did not feel a needle or hear the second click, anyone else had this happen?

Heck yeah. It's unnerving.
I haven’t had it happen but seen plenty of stories of this who have. If you call Lilly they should replace! If they ask you what you’re taking it for I’d say “I prefer not to answer”.
