Friends... This was one of the coolest experiences I have had since starting On The Pen. I had the chance to be interviewed by the great Ethan Suplee of ⁨@AmericanGlutton⁩ . Ethan is an American actor known for his roles in blockbusters like American History X, Blow, Remember the Titans, John Q, The Wolf of Wall Street.

Ethan has been someone who has struggled with weight management his entire life, and I have admired his accomplishments for a long time. Many times as I have began new weight loss regimens or workout regimens, I have come back to the well of Ethan's content, so to be interviewed on his podcast was a real full circle moment for me.
